For the kindness and respect of sharing our beautiful space, please respect the following:
- Children must be supervised at all times
- No ball games
- No scooters, bikes or other play equipment
- No climbing trees
- Respect our gardens. Do not dig holes, move bark, damage our plants or vines
- No playing or climbing on fences, vats or historic equipment
- We are a completely smoke-free, vape-free venue
- No BYO drinks, food, cakes, balloons, decorations, candles, confetti or furniture. This includes birthday cake and associated paraphernalia
- No advertising material to be displayed
- We are a dog-friendly venue. Dogs to remain on lead at all times and be picked up after
- Unfortunately we cannot host hens or bucks parties
- Licenced vehicles not permitted onsite
- Buses/minibuses are welcome onsite by prior arrangement
- No alcohol served to underage or intoxicated persons
- Intoxicated persons will be refused entry
- Rudeness to staff will not be tolerated
- Please respect our venue, other patrons and our staff
Club.1926 FAQ's
1. Can I choose what wines are included in my pack?
Absolutely! Choose any wines from the curated list, minimum of six to join the Club.
2. What discounts are available?
- Choose at least six wines to receive 20% off retail price
- Enjoy an additional 5% off if you spend $300RRP
- Plus an additional 5% off any wine valued at $50 or more
- Get 20% off any additional wine you purchase online, in Cellar Door & Cellar II
3. What else is in it for me?
- Taste before you buy with free tastings for you and three friends up to four times a year
- Ticket for you and a guest to our annual Club.1926 event
- Early round ticket access for you and a guest to our exclusive Urban Collective event
- Free table bookings on our event days for up to 10 people
4. What happens when the vintages change?
We will roll the wines onto the next vintage, so you won’t miss out. If by any chance we don’t make that particular wine that vintage – we will include a suggested replacement.
5. What is the cost of shipping?
$0. Your subscription includes free shipping anywhere in Australia. As members of Club.1926, we also provide free shipping on any extra purchases you make.
6. Can I update my own details?
Yes, you can manage everything via your account- from the wines you want to your delivery details. Click here to access your account if you already have created one. If not, go through the signup process and upon checking out you will create an account with a password.
8. How do I know when my next delivery is due?
Prior to the delivery date you will receive a notification email containing information for the scheduled delivery, including credit card processing and shipping information. You can make changes to your subscription right up until the date for credit card processing.
9. What happens if I do not respond to the shipment notification email?
If you do not respond we will assume everything is ok for us to proceed with the shipment.
10. What happens if I am away when a shipment is due?
We can hold a shipment in our warehouse if you need a short delay, please email or call prior to arrange this hold. Otherwise, it is best to contact us and nominate an alternative delivery date.
11. Can I change the frequency of delivery? What happens if I skip my shipments?
Yes, please log in to your Account page and change as desired. As long as you receive 12 wines per calendar year, your benefits will stay active. If you do not receive 12 wines for the year, we will contact you to discuss your membership.
12. How do I receive my discount on purchases other than wine club?
Make sure you log into your account when you are making your purchase online. Once logged in you will see the discount automatically applied to the RRP. If you are visiting us at the winery, please advise staff when ordering.
13. Am I locked in, or can I cancel at any time?
No fees ever and you can pause, cancel, or change prior to your credit card being charged, within two weeks of shipment.
14. Can I purchase a Club.1926 membership as a gift?
Absolutely! Email us here if you want to include a note for the lucky person.
15. I have forgotten my password how do I retrieve it?
Please navigate to the My Account page by clicking here. On this page, you can click on “Lost Password.”
16. Are your wines vegan friendly?
Yes. We don’t add any animal products in the making of our wines.
