We are a proud family business, established in 1926 and are the only fully operational winery and juice producer in the Adelaide suburbs. We crush in excess of 1,200 tonnes annually and perform all vinification and bottling onsite at Dover Gardens.

Duty & Function Manager
We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Duty Manager for our Cellar Door Venue or someone looking for an opportunity to advance their career with more sociable working hours. We are primarily a daytime venue with no gaming, with shifts finishing at 10pm on Friday and 6pm every other day. You will be part of a busy small team and will receive generous wine benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day operations of our Cellar II venue (Friday to Sunday)
- Managing weekend staff including rostering and timesheets
- Delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication
- Opening, closing and cash reconciliation
- Managing private function enquiries including phone/email/in-person communications
- Execution of private functions utilising casual staff to assist effectively

- Have Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate and Responsible Person’s Badge
- Have sound wine and drinks knowledge
This position is offered on a full-time salary basis, however permanent part-time will be considered for experienced applicants that meet all of the criteria.
