Freight Charges for Cellar Door Club Members
Cellar Door Club Members (that is, all subscribers to our mailing list) receive free shipping on orders over $100 of wine products from the Family, Merchant, Discovery & BSE Ranges. For orders under $100 in value, a flat rate shipping charge of $20 per case (per 12 bottles) will apply, Australia wide. Flat rate shipping of $20 per 12 bottles applies to all Juice orders.
Freight Charges for Non-Cellar Door Club Members
Orders for all products will attract a shipping rate of $20 per case of 12 bottles.
A shipping confirmation will be sent to you once your purchase has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please allow 7 days for delivery from receipt of the shipping notification. If you have not received your order within this time, please contact our cellar door by emailing email@example.com or calling (08) 8296 8261.
Delivery times quoted above are estimates only and Patritti is not liable for any late or non-delivery.
We use Australia Post and other trusted couriers for our deliveries. To ensure your wine arrives in the best possible condition, orders may not be dispatched if the temperature is above 35 degrees or expected to exceed 35 degrees during its transit. If your order is delayed due to our heat policy, you will be notified and provided with an anticipated dispatch date.
Delivery instructions, including an authority to leave may be specified during the checkout process. We recommend you specify a delivery address where your order can be received in person. Patritti does not accept responsibility for items stolen when an authority to leave has been specified by the customer.
If the wine you receive is faulty, please contact our cellar door to discuss a refund or replacement. Email firstname.lastname@example.org or call (08) 8296 8261.
Should you receive a shipment that appears to have been damaged in transit we will provide you a replacement, or an alternative product of equal value of your choice, or a full refund. Should you receive a product that is different to what you ordered then we will provide you a replacement (if product is available), or an alternative product of equal value of your choice, or a full refund.
If you are dissatisfied with the product you received, please contact our Cellar Door directly by email email@example.com or phone (08) 8296 8261 to provide more details and discuss options to ensure your satisfaction. We will bear the reasonable cost of returning goods that are defective, do not meet the product description or were sent in error. All other returns are at your expense.
Damaged in transit
In the event that you receive a product that appears to have been Damaged in Transit you should:
Refuse to accept delivery of the product.
Direct the Courier to Return Goods to Sender.
If you have already accepted delivery, and then notice that the product appears to have been damaged during transit you should notify us immediately.
