A New Chapter For Patritti

After nearly a century of dedication, resilience and the stewardship of three generations, the Patritti Family have made the considered decision to divest its business interests. We are pleased to announce that the Dover Gardens production facility, Cellar Door and Tatachilla vineyard have been sold as a going concern to the Lee Family, a long-established family enterprise and valued Patritti partner for more than 25 years.

Over this time, the Lee Family has played a significant role in strengthening the Patritti brand across key international markets. Following the ceremonial transition on 25 November 2025, the Lee Family will assume ownership of the business on the following day and continue to trade under the Patritti name. Their strategic commitment includes continuing to enhance the brand’s position in wine and juice sales and production, operating the hospitality venue and expanding the suite of contracting services.

The Patritti Family gratefully acknowledges the loyalty and support of stakeholders, customers, employees and the wider community throughout this journey. We know that under the stewardship of the Lee Family, the Patritti name and legacy, established by Giovanni Patritti and nurtured for nearly 100 years, will continue to be respected and strengthened well into the future.
