Patritti has taken home a major trophy at The Adelaide Hills Wine Show, with the 2021 Vermentino being awarded Best Other White.
Now celebrating its 25th anniversary, the Show received entries for over 600 wines made from grapes grown in the Adelaide Hills.
Our 2021 Vermentino is harvested in the cool of the night, the Vermentino fruit was crushed and the juice fermented in small parcels. The wine was aged on lees for twelve months to add complexity whilst still maintaining the fresh aromatics of the wine. Very food friendly, it’s definitely best enjoyed with friends.
